For those of you wondering what this is:
RSS / XML is an easy way to keep track of news and updates for a particular website. Instead of going to a website to check for news, you subscribe to the site's news feed and the news comes to you. In this case, you can easily keep up with Sunco's latest deals, advice and information on tanning beds, equipment and supplies. Unsubscribing is a simple matter of deleting the url for the site from your feed reader. And (maybe best of all) you're not subscribing to an email list. So no one gets your email address and there's no risk of it being sold or spread around spammers. (Note: Sunco does not share our customers' email addresses for any reason anyway.)

To subscribe to a news feed, you must first download a feed reader (or aggregator) and there are many free ones. They are normally small and downloading is quick. After you install it, you will usually find a button labeled "add feed" or something similar. When you click it, you will be prompted to enter a url. It's a long story but they are used interchangeably and you can find more information about RSS here.
