In order to process your claim, we will need the two serial numbers for
the bed. You will find one on the canopy (top) of the bed and one
on the bench (bottom). Both are stickers affixed to the bed
We will also need the number
of hours on the bed. For systems with a digital timer, hold down
the stop button for the hour reading. If you have a SunQuest
system, please estimate the hours to the best of your ability.
Once your claim has been
submitted, we will contact you within 72 business hours concerning
service for your system.
