Sunco reserves the right to change product prices, listings and descriptions at any time without notice.
Shipping and Returns
All sales are final. A cancelled order is subject to a 25% processing fee (see below). Shipping and handling fees will be paid by the customer.
Shipped items usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days. As expected, shipping times may be greater around holidays. If your tanning bed (or other items) has not arrived within a reasonable amount of time, call Sunco at 800-382-8932 and we will track the items for you.
Returns and Exchanges
In the event of an exchange or a return, the merchandise would need to be returned in the original package. The shipping and processing fee of 25% (or $15.00) minimum are not available for refund or credit. Electrical parts including Buck Boosters are non-refundable / returnable if ordered incorrectly by the customer. Lotions are non-refundable / returnable under any circumstances.
All returns must be approved in advance and must be packaged in it’s original packaging, must not have been used and must be in “as new” condition and contain all original packaging and accessories. You may return bulbs (if incorrect size was ordered) and accessory items within 7 days in new, unopened, unused condition for a refund, less shipping charges, and a 25% restocking fee..
The customer will be responsible for shipping costs both from and to Sunco. Items beyond 30 days from date of shipment are not eligible for return. All authorized items (excluding damaged items) being returned must be in “like new” condition. Sunco will determine after evaluating the returned product, if it is in “like new” condition and can be resold. If the product needs to be returned to the customer, it will be at the customer’s expense.
Sunco. may refuse credit for improper installation, failure to provide suitable operating conditions, use of product for which it was not designed, alteration or modification of any part, or abuse, misuse or neglect.
Customers must obtain authorization to return items by calling Customer Service at 800-382-8932. The customer prepays all freight charges on items being returned that they have ordered incorrectly. If Sunco receives a package containing items not authorized for return, Sunco will return the item “as is” back to the customer at the customer’s expense. Packages received without authorization will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. All matters must be resolved within 30 days. Items must be returned within 45 days once the authorization has been issued.
If the order has not shipped, the customer will be responsible for a processing fee of 25% (or $15.00 minimum). If the order has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs both from and to Sunco and a processing fee of 25% (or $15.00 minimum).
Freight Claims and Shipment Damage
When you receive your package, inspect it immediately. If a damaged package is received, the customer must notify Customer Service immediately on receipt of the package. If you accept a damaged shipment without noting the damage, we may not be able to give you a complete refund. Please call us as soon as possible, once you see that your product is damaged. If you receive damaged bulbs which have been insured, contact Sunco within 7 days to have new bulbs reshipped for free.
